Our values are our compass.
We are shaped by what we value and believe.
Many people ignore the values of a company, however we know that these values are our guiding compass for all that we do.
We’ve spent a lot of time discussing and debating them, and finally settling on the following six.
LOVE
In all that we do, we work for the good of others.
EMPATHY
Attempting to stand in the shoes of others, we gain understanding, and this changes how we operate with and for each other.
CREATIVITY
We create opportunities for people to dream and discover what they can create in the world.
COMMUNITY
There is great healing in belonging and community is a meaningful part of our DNA. We value relational interactions and their power to contribute to things beyond us.
IMAGINATION
The big “what if?”. Imagination keeps us curious, investigating and searching for possibility.
QUALITY
We will continue to raise the bar in the disability sector when it comes to the consistent quality of design and delivery of our services. This sets an example for our community and other providers.
