About
Sessions include physical and mental warm-ups. Learning about the body - muscular/skeletal systems and how to set healthy habits in daily living. Learning skills and rules of various sports like tennis, basketball and football. There’s also a good dose of friendship building and fun!
Content
Field Trip - experience specalised coaching and professional sporting and fitness facilities.
Guest Speakers - hearing from a health care professional in the field of dietetics and learning the importance of healthy eating .
Intensives - Experience cardio, weight and relaxation training. You’ll also learn the rules of engagement in various sports and practice skills and drills.
Personal Development - you’ll learn how to write and lead others in on your own exercise program, crafted with the help of of trainers.
Celebrate Together - at the end of each term, an exercise professional (Zumba, Ubound, Dance etc…) will help us celebrate all your hard work and learning. This is a chance to share what you’ve learnt and receive encouragement from the group.
